NORTH MICHIGAN AVE CONDOMINIUM
High rise buildings can be sterile and soulless, but NPLH proves that a condominium in a modern building can have all the warmth and elegance of a traditional, free-standing home. NPLH worked with the owners (repeat clients) and realtor to find this North Michigan Avenue property and then completely updated the unit. Two baths were converted into one, with distinct his and her spaces. NPLH created a warm palette and selected new furniture, some of it custom, to complement favorite pieces already owned by the couple.
